Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Lookup website and product provided by etechcube. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for the actions of users under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no uploading of unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or access another customer's data, no reverse engineering, and no use that disrupts or degrades the service for others.
Accounts & trials
Workspace access is subject to approval. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Trials, where offered, are provided as-is for evaluation and may be modified or ended at our discretion.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to deliver the service. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to provide benchmarking. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
The Lookup platform, including its software, dashboards, design and content, remains the property of etechcube. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service — not any ownership in it.
Fees & taxes
Paid plans are billed per the plan you select. Prices shown on the website are indicative and confirmed at the point of sale. GST and other applicable taxes are additional. Annual plans are billed in advance; plan upgrades are prorated.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Our approach to refunds is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party systems (for example, message delivery). We are not responsible for the availability or acts of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we will, on request, delete or return your business data in line with the Privacy Policy.
Availability & warranties
We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it 'as is' without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, etechcube is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the 'last updated' date above and, where appropriate, notified to you.
